Cupcakes in Brisbane are very popular. They are used while celebrating weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, office parties and other occasions. Hosts love them because they can be served in plate without being cut. Guests also love eating them.
I am fond of making cupcakes. Here I have shown you how to create a sweet little snowman decoration for a cupcake.
First, let us start with the ingredients or the things that we need to prepare the cupcake snowman. The ingredients include a cupcake mix, candies, frosting preferably buttercream, chocolate drops, big square chocolates, small chocolate cookies, powdered sugar or coconut for making the snow.
Add frosting to top of the cupcake.
Decorate the frosting by adding a chocolate scarf. You can do this yourself. All you need to do is melt the chocolate and mold it into a shape of a scarf. If you are not confident enough that you will be able to do it, ask a chocolate maker to prepare it for you. You can also decorate the scarf using a medium-soft paint brush to paint it.
Then make the head by adding a small round truffle or chocolate cookie at the center of the scarf. If it’s a cookie, then make it stand upright, but if it’s a truffle, then make it sit firmly in the middle.
Use buttercream frosting to coat the truffle or the cookie, giving it a nice, round shape.
Make the eyes by adding two chocolate drops. And make the nose using a piece of small jelly candy or a citrus peel. To make the mouth, use small chocolate drops in line and create a huge smile.
Now comes the hat. To make the brim, add flat, small cookie on top of snowman’s head. Then put a big square chocolate on top of the brim and use frosting or melted chocolate to glue the big piece to the cookie. And if you want to make it bit frosty, sprinkle some coconut flakes or powdered sugar on top of the hat and even over the serving plate, if you want.
