I have already discussed about many cupcake ideas in my blog. Today I am going to share one more cupcake idea. But first tell me how many of you can make perfect cupcakes in Brisbane? Here I am going to discuss with you some tips which are essential for making them.
Give right measurements:
Never miss out any ingredient. Carefully add all the ingredients that are necessary and make sure they are of perfect measurement. There should not be any type of fault in the cake. You can make experiments with the flavor but do not make any experiments with the measurement and ingredients.
Do not over beat a batter:
When you over beat a cupcake mixture either it will be hard as rock or stiff in the centre. Over beating actually eliminates the air from the mixture. It loses its sponginess, thus turns out to be bad. You cannot do anything with those cupcakes.
Bake at the right temperature and right time:
If you need 220 degree of temperature to bake the cupcakes, bake them up to that level only. Do not use more heat as it will burn the crust of the cake. If the temperature is lower than it, it will not be cooked properly. Always preheat an oven before putting a cupcake. Keep eye on the cupcakes while baking. Take them out at the right temperature; do not take out before time or after. If you think after taking out that the pieces are still under cooked keep them out for a while and see if it turns out to be okay after some time because cupcakes generally get cooked from inside after it’s taken out of the oven.
Cool them properly:
Cool the cake as fast as possible. After baking remove them from the pan and keep them on the cooling rack. The heat that is already there within the cupcake after removing it from pan will make it get cooked. If it is left in the pan two things can take place-
Over cooking- After they are baked if you keep the cooked cupcakes into the pan, they will be getting over cooked within the heat from the pans.
Peeling of cupcakes-Due to the retention of heat within the pan, moisture gets formed and that makes the cakes peeling.
